Charlotte Finelli holds a Master II degree in “International Business Law and Corporate Tax Law” from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2011.

After working at Fidal law firm, she moved to New York in 2013, where she joined the Frencg-American accounting firm Jade Fiducial.

This experience gives her a perfect knowledge of bilateral tax conventions between European states and the United States, double taxation issues and GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

In 2018, she created the firm Fine Advisors and now exercises her skills between France and the United States.

Her modern approach to the profession, as well as her perfect knowledge of American culture, have since allowed her to become the preferred contact for many companies and individuals wishing to set up overseas.

Delphine practiced, as a French lawyer, from 2009 to 2021, intervening mainly in French and international personal taxation and in real estate taxation.
After having worked in the Tax Law department of the AGIK'A law firm for 10 years, both in tax litigation and in consulting, she decided to create her own structure, ALLART AVOCAT firm.
In 2021, a professional opportunity for her partner led Delphine and her family to settle in the USA, in Princeton, New Jersey.
Delphine joins Fine Advisors in 2023 as Tax Manager.
She works in particular on issues of French-American taxation, support during the transfer of tax residence, the preparation of French and American tax returns, the examination of international conventions, and the implementation of tax strategies.

With 27 years of experience at Orange, Sandrine has developed solid expertise in commercial management, business development, and agile project management.

Her most recent position allowed her to oversee the deployment of the new CRM for the group's enterprise customers, collaborating with IT teams and end users.

She also led the organizational change related to this project by adapting internal processes and managing change implementation.

Holding a degree in accounting, Sandrine has enriched her career with management training, particularly in skills management and agile methodology.

Her approach combines rigor, innovation, and collaboration to best support strategic transformations.

​Juliette is currently an intern as an administrative assistant at Fine Advisors. She works on various administrative tasks, such as administrative and accounting processing of our clients' files, monitoring invoices and payments, as well as organizing and conducting meetings. Juliette is multitalented, demonstrating organization and rigor to successfully carry out her various missions. She actively contributes to the firm's international development.
